How this website handles your information

What we collect

When you send a request on this site, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, your goal and timeframe, the loan type you're interested in, a property city or address, and any message. This site does not ask for your Social Security number, income, or account numbers.

How we use it

Your request goes only to Brian Lehmann, a loan officer with Weber Mortgage, so he can answer your questions and send loan options. Requests are processed by our form provider (Jotform) and kept in Brian's secure file storage. We do not sell your information.

Calls and texts

If you agree on the form, Brian may call, text, or email you about your request. Consent is not a condition of any loan. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Loan applications

Full loan applications are completed in Weber Mortgage's secure loan portal, not on this site, and are covered by Weber Mortgage's privacy notice.
